Las Vegas marijuana company Desert Grown Farms has opened a 54,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, pharmaceutical grade cultivation and processing facility less than two blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. Desert Grown Farms estimates their newly opened cultivation center will produce more than 20 strains and 10,000 pounds of cannabis per year.

First Cannabis Cup to be held in Nevada
March 4-5

The High Times U.S. Cannabis Cup Las Vegas taking place on March 4 and 5 at the Moapa River Indian Reservation will not only be a first for Nevada, but it will be the first Cannabis Cup to be held on tribal grounds.

The High Times U.S. Cannabis Cup Las Vegas will crown the top three dispensary winners in 11 different Cannabis Cup competition categories. The competition is the original and highest honor of judged cannabis products, and winners will represent the best of the best in Nevada and the United States.

In addition to the competition presented in partnership by High Times and Ultra Health, the High Times U.S. Cannabis Cup Las Vegas will feature a live cannabis grow room, live trimming, a cannabis chef cooking competition, edibles seminars, product launches, musical acts and industry speakers.
