Serves 2-4 people
3 cups diced brioche in 1/2” cubes (toast at 325° until golden brown and set aside)
1 cup organic mushrooms (sauté till golden in olive oil and set aside)
2 eggs (separate egg yolks and whites, whip whites to stiff peaks, and set both aside)
1 tablespoon black truffle oil
1 tablespoon cannabis-infused oil
1 tablespoon diced black truffles
1/2 cup cream
1/8 cup finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon parsley
In a large mixing bowl, combine above ingredients. Mix thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
