Nevada’s Division of Public and Behavioral Health now offers online registering for patients wishing to apply for a medical marijuana card. New applicants can now register and create a profile, scan and upload their driver’s license and download and print the medical marijuana card application from an online portal. This will save applicants the time of sending the Division an application packet request, and waiting to receive it in the mail.

Future additions to the online registration portal will include online payments, upload of application documents, application status checking, application renewals, and cardholder history of dispensary purchases.

To use the online registry, applicants will need to photograph or scan their driver’s license, save it in an electronic file, and upload it to the application pages. Applicants who do not have electronic access will still be able to request an application packet using this form.

The online registration portal can be accessed at https://mmportal.nv.gov/Account/Login, and then click on ‘Register as a Cardholder.’
