The Las Vegas Raiders open their season with a Monday night game at Allegiant Stadium on Sept. 13 against the Baltimore Ravens. Should you find yourself lucky enough to have a ticket or plan to attend any of the games, concerts or shows this fall, be sure to take a hearty appetite with you. Allegiant Stadium’s Silver & Black Hospitality has carefully curated a slate of local chefs and eateries to serve their signature items to foodies and fans alike.

Allegiant Stadium’s line-up of local culinary luminaries includes dishes by chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of BBQ Mexicana, Italian favorites courtesy of Ferraro’s, burgers with a Japanese twist from Fukuburger, chef Marc Marrone and Todd Lunger of Graffiti Bao, celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s Tailgate Kitchen and Bar, homegrown burgers from Holsteins, pizza by the slice from Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani, and barbeque by Rollin Smoke. Allegiant Stadium’s dining offerings also includes a roster of Las Vegas’ favorite local establishments that include Café Lola, Capriotti’s, Evel Pie, Freed’s Bakery, Sushi Joe, Slidin’ Thru, Island Flavor, Jesse Rae’s BBQ, and Generations Kitchen.

And remember, unlike dispensaries where cash is king, all food and beverage destinations across Allegiant Stadium are cashless and only accept major credit and debit cards.
