Touted as being among the world’s largest cannabis dispensaries, Planet 13 will be landing a stone’s throw from the Las Vegas Strip at 2548 W. Desert Inn Road this November. Unveiling the multi-phase plan for the cannabis entertainment complex, Planet 13 Holdings co-CEOs Robert Groesbeck and Larry Scheffler revealed that the first phase of the Planet 13 Superstore will measure more than 40,000 square feet and include a multi-faceted entertainment space featuring interactive attractions and more than 16,500 square feet of cannabis retail space.

The vision for Planet 13 weaves together a dispensary experience that features 45-50 point-of-sale registers as well as state-of-the-art technology and interactive entertainment. As guests approach the complex they will be greeted by 13, 15-foot-tall LED lotus flowers on the roof of the building. Made of acrylic leaves and metal stems, the lotus flowers can be controlled by visitors, making them interactive pieces of art. Attractions inside the complex will include a sensory-activated LED floor that creates an interactive show while guests are walking on it, a glowing aerial orb show high above the dispensary floor, interactive laser graffiti where visitors can leave their mark with unique writings and drawings, and a 3D Visual Experience projected onto walls.
